We refer to the announcements made on 30 June 2022, 29 August 2022, 19 October 2022, 10 November 2022, 25 November 2022, 13 December 2022 and 23 December 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to the shareholders of the Company dated 25 November 2022 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of REB, HLIB wishes to announce that REB has been informed by SRL today that the application for the Exemption had been approved by the SC via its letter dated 18 January 2023 under subparagraph 4.08(1)(b) of the Rules.
