We refer to the Company’s announcement on 12 October 2016 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s (“Bursa Securities”) approval for the listing and quotation of up to 305,084,746 new Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement. On behalf of the Company, Hong Leong Investment Bank and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 3 April 2017 approved Reach Energy’s application for an extension of time of up to 22 August 2017 for Reach Energy to implement the Proposed Placement. This announcement is dated 3 April 2017. |
