The Board of Directors (“Board”) of REB had at a Special Meeting of the Board held on 22 May 2017 approved the appointment of Ms. Tan Siew Chaing as a member of the Remuneration Committee in place of Ir. Shahul Hamid Bin Mohd Ismail.

With effect from 22 May 2017, the composition of the Remuneration Committee shall be as follows:-

1. Encik Izlan Bin Izhab (Chairman)
2. Encik Nik Din Bin Nik Sulaiman
3. Ms. Tan Siew Chaing
