On 25 March 2015, the Board of Directors of Reach Energy Berhad ("REB" and/or "the Company") had resolved to change the financial year end of the Company from 31 July to 31 December. As REB is no longer a Special Purpose Acquisition Company ("SPAC") effective 16 December 2016 pursuant to its acquisition of Palaeontol B.V. ("PBV"), and accordingly the Group shall announce the interim financial report on a quarterly basis as opposed to half yearly basis previously. Due to these changes, there are no comparative figures given for preceding year corresponding quarter in the current report. |
