The Company would like to announce that following the Conditional Movement Control Order ("CMCO") imposed by the Government of Malaysia extended to 9 June 2020 under the provision of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 to curb the spread of the coronavirus ("Covid-19") infection in the country, the preparation of the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended 31 March 2020 ("QR") of the Company was affected and therefore, the QR could not be finalised in time within the stipulated deadline of 30 May 2020.

Following the announcement by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on the extension of time of up till 30 June 2020 for the announcement of QR which are due by 30 May 2020, the Company will utilise this extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that its QR is announced latest by 30 June 2020 on the basis that the extended CMCO is uplifted within the time frame as announced.
