New Issue Of Securities (Chapter 6 Of Listing Requirements) : Other Issue Of Securities

We refer to the announcements made on 30 June 2022, 29 August 2022 and 19 October 2022 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of REB, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 10 November 2022, resolved to grant REB an extension of time of up to 30 November 2022 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the issuance of the Circular and IAL for the Proposals.
