We refer to the announcements made on 30 June 2022, 29 August 2022, 19 October 2022, 10 November 2022, 25 November 2022, 13 December 2022, 23 December 2022, 18 January 2023 and 28 March 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to the shareholders of the Company dated 25 November 2022 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of REB, HLIB wishes to announce that following the listing of and quotation for 1,032,544,282 Settlement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, the Proposals have been completed today.
