Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 April 2024 wherein Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 16 April 2024, granted the Company an extension of time until 2 October 2024 to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of REB, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that it had on even date submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time up to 2 April 2025 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities. Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the regularisation plan in due course. This announcement is dated 18 September 2024. |
