Reference is made to the Company's First Announcements dated 3 April and 4 April 2023, subsequent monthly announcements and the Company's announcements dated 27 June 2023, 19 March 2024, 17 April 2024 and 18 September 2024 in relation to the classification of the Company as an affacted listed issuer under PN17. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the First Announcement shall apply therein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company had on 18 September 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for an extension of time again up to 2 April 2025 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authorities. The application is currently pending approval from Bursa Securities.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securites with regards to the development of the Regularisation Plan in due course.
