Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 15 April 2025 in relation to the suspension and de-listing of the securities of the Company. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said Announcement shall apply therein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce, with regret, that all available avenues have been exhausted, the Company has decided not to submit an appeal to Bursa Malaysia against the de-listing within the appeal timeframe by 21 April 2025.
