| Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 24 July 2014 and will remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 4 August 2014 or such later date or dates the Board of Directors of Reach Energy Berhad ("Reach Energy") and Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad ("HLIB") in their absolute discretion may decide. The Directors of Reach Energy together with HLIB may decide, at their absolute discretion, to extend the closing date of the applications to a later date. Should the closing date of the applications be extended, the dates of balloting, allotment and listing of the entire enlarged issued and paid-up ordinary share capital and warrants of Reach Energy on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad might be extended accordingly. We will notify all parties via advertisements in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia in the event there is an extension of time on the closing date of the applications. |
