Global Capital Equity Online - Reach Energy Markets Record-Breaking $237m SPAC IPO

Malaysia's Reach Energy is looking to become the fourth special purpose acquisition company (Spac) to list on the country's stock exchange, having launched a MR750m ($237m) fixed price IPO on July 24. If successful, Reach Energy will be Malaysia's largest ever Spac listing.

Reach Energy was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited company on 7 February 2013 under the name of Reach Energy Sdn Bhd. On 2 August 2013 our company converted into a public company and was renamed as Reach Energy Berhad.
