The Board of Directors of Reach Energy Berhad ("Reach Energy") is pleased to announce that with the passing of Ordinary Resolution 5 at the Third Annual General Meeting held today, 26 April 2016, Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers has now been appointed as Auditors of Reach Energy for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 in place of Messrs KPMG.
