With effect from 24 January 2017, Tan Sri Dr. Azmil shall assume the position of Executive Chairman of Reach Energy Berhad, Ms. Tan Siew Chaing shall be re-designated from Non-Independent Non-Executive Director to Executive Director and Ir. Shahul Hamid bin Mohd Ismail shall be re-designated from Managing Director to Executive Director and General Director of Emir Oil LLP.
