We refer to the Company’s announcement on 24 August 2016 in relation to the Securities Commission’s approval for, among others, the Proposed Placement. On behalf of the Company, Hong Leong Investment Bank and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the SC has vide its letter dated 23 March 2017 approved Reach Energy’s application for an extension of time of six (6) months up to 22 August 2017 for Reach Energy to implement the Proposed Placement. This announcement is dated 23 March 2017. |
