The Board of Directors of REB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 27 November 2018 approved the Company’s application for the upliftment of 127,800,100 ordinary shares in REB, being 50% of the 255,600,200 moratorium shares held by the Promoters of the Company as stated in Clause 8.2 of the Company's Prospectus dated 24 July 2014.
