Reach Energy Berhad ("REB" or "the Company") - Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company

On behalf of the Board of Directors of REB, we wish to announce that the Company will be seeking the shareholders' approval on the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
