The Board of Directors of REACH wishes to inform that the Company has decided to merge the Remuneration Committee with the Nominating Committee to be known as "The Nominating and Remuneration Committee" with effect from 28 February 2020 which aimed to improve its efficiency and effectiveness in discharging its duties.

In view thereof, the composition of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee is as follows:
