Refer to the announcement on 30 June 2020 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Notice of 7th Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") of REB dated 30 June 2020.

The Company wishes to announce that subsequent to the announcement of the Company in regards to the resignation of Encik Ikram Iskandar Bin Abd Rahim ("Encik Ikram") with effect from 4 August 2020, the Board of Directors of REB resolved to withdraw the ordinary resolution 3 in respect of re-election of Encik Ikram, who retires pursuant to Clause 91 of the Constitution of the Company from being tabled for the shareholders’ approval at the 7th AGM.
