Extension Of Time For The Announcement Of Unaudited Financial Results For The Fourth Quarter Ended 31 December 2020

The Company would like to announce that following to the Movement Control Order 2.0 ("MCO 2.0") imposed by the Government of Malaysia which was extended to 4 March 2021 in order to curb the spread of the coronavirus ("Covid-19") infection in the country, the preparation of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter Ended 31 December 2020 ("QR") of the Company was affected and therefore, the QR could not be finalised in time within the stipulated deadline of 28 February 2021.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had further provided an extension of time of up till 31 March 2021 for the announcement of QR which is due by 28 February 2021. In view of the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities, the Company will utilise the said extension of time and will ensure that its QR is announced latest by 31 March 2021.
